Ep 12. Run Away Runway / I Scream, You Scream

Phineas and Ferb season 1 episode 12, titled "Run Away Runway / I Scream, You Scream," follows the two stepbrothers as they embark on two separate adventures.

In "Run Away Runway," Phineas and Ferb decide to hold a fashion show for the animals in the backyard. The fashion show features Perry the Platypus as a model, with his cover as a secret agent in jeopardy. The boys build elaborate stages and runways for the animals, impressing a visiting fashion critic and helping Perry save his cover.

Meanwhile, Candace becomes obsessed with becoming a fashion model herself and attempts to impress her crush, Jeremy, by creating her own outfit and strutting down the runway. However, her outfit falls apart, embarrassing her in front of Jeremy and the fashion critic.

In "I Scream, You Scream," Phineas and Ferb create a giant ice cream machine in an attempt to cool down on a hot summer day. However, the machine goes haywire and shoots ice cream all over the town. Candace, once again, attempts to bust her brothers for their creations, but eventually gets caught up in the mayhem and ends up enjoying the ice cream with the rest of the town.

Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz creates his own ice cream machine, but accidentally creates an evil version of himself instead. Perry the Platypus is tasked with stopping the evil version of Doofenshmirtz and saves the day.

The episode features the usual zany antics and catchy musical numbers that Phineas and Ferb is known for, as well as nods to the fashion and food industries. "Run Away Runway / I Scream, You Scream" is a hilarious and entertaining addition to the show's first season.
