Ep 10. Where's Armaldo?

Ash, May, Max, and Brock continue their journey in the Hoenn region to collect gym badges. They come across a seaside town where they meet a young boy named Tommy. Tommy has lost his favorite Pokémon, Armaldo, which he believes may have wandered off to a nearby cave. The gang decides to help Tommy find his lost Armaldo.

As they explore the cave, they realize that it's filled with ancient ruins and they come across mysterious engravings on the wall that seem to depict a battle between two legendary Pokémon, Groudon and Kyogre. Suddenly, they are attacked by a group of rogue scientists who have been studying the ruins and are attempting to extract a powerful energy source from within.

The scientists have captured Armaldo and are using it to power their machines, but the gang manages to rescue it. As they make their escape, they are pursued by the scientists and end up getting separated. Ash, Pikachu, and Tommy make it out of the cave, but May, Max, and Brock are still inside.

The trio outside meets an old fisherman who tells them about a legendary Pokémon that resides in the nearby sea. He offers to take them out on his boat to search for it, but they quickly realize that the fisherman is actually one of the rogue scientists in disguise. They manage to defeat him and his cronies, but not before the scientists manage to extract the energy source they were after.

Back inside the cave, May, Max, and Brock are still trying to find their way out. They come across a mysterious creature that seems to be drawn to the energy source. They follow it to its lair and realize that it's a legendary Pokémon, one of the two depicted in the engravings on the cave walls. They attempt to communicate with it, but it seems to be more interested in the energy source than anything else.

Meanwhile, Ash, Pikachu, and Tommy are on their way back to the cave when they spot the legendary Pokémon in the distance. They rush to the cave to tell their friends, but they are stopped by the rogue scientists who have set up a trap. They manage to escape and make it back to the cave just in time to witness the legendary Pokémon absorb the energy source and transform into its ultimate form.

The gang decides to battle the legendary Pokémon in an attempt to capture it, but it proves to be too powerful. Just when all hope seems lost, Armaldo steps forward and challenges the legendary Pokémon to a one-on-one battle. The battle is intense, but Armaldo emerges victorious and the legendary Pokémon reverts back to its original form before fleeing.

With Armaldo back in Tommy's possession and the rogue scientists defeated, the gang continues their journey to the next gym. However, they can't help but wonder about the legendary Pokémon they encountered and the ancient ruins filled with secrets and mysteries.
