Ep 8. Solid as a Solrock

Ash and his friends arrive at the Mossdeep City and are welcomed with open arms by the local people. The city is well-known for its expansive space center and the team decides to head over to explore it. They come across a few trainers practicing their moves and stumble upon two unique Pokemon, a Solrock and a Lunatone. They learn that the two Pokemon are always together and battle in unison, but they haven't been seen in a while.

With the help of one of the trainers, the team learns about the history of Solrock and Lunatone and the significance of their bond. They come to know that Solrock and Lunatone's bond is considered to be crucial for the balance of the universe, and the two Pokemon are actually two halves of a whole. If they are separated for too long, it can cause a disruption in the universe.

Suddenly, the city starts experiencing an unusual power outage, and the space center reports that their satellite is malfunctioning. The team realizes that Solrock and Lunatone have been apart for too long, causing the disruption. They set out to find the two Pokemon and restore their bond before it's too late.

The team splits up, and Ash and Brock team up to find Solrock. They come across Team Rocket, who has managed to catch Solrock in their clutches and is planning to use its power for their own gain. Ash and Brock battle Team Rocket in a fierce battle, and with the help of Solrock, they emerge victorious.

Meanwhile, Max and May team up to find Lunatone. They attract Lunatone to them with the help of a Moon Stone, but Team Magma is hot on their trail. May and Max keep running while trying to keep Lunatone safe. They eventually manage to get away from Team Magma and reunite Lunatone with Solrock.

The reunion of Solrock and Lunatone causes a burst of cosmic energy, which restores the balance of the universe, and the power outage and the satellite malfunction are resolved. The two Pokemon are relieved to be back together and happy to see that everything is now back to normal. Ash and his friends say goodbye to the city and set off to their next adventure, with memories of Solrock and Lunatone and their bond fresh in their minds.
