Sun Jae finally musters up the courage to confess his feelings to Gye Dong and ask her out on a date. However, just as he's about to spill his heart out, Gye Dong's ex-boyfriend, Chan Gue's unexpected return throws a wrench into Sun Jae's plans. Chan Gue, who had left Earth to pursue his dreams of becoming an astronaut, surprises everyone by showing up at the potato store as if he had never left.

Gye Dong is taken aback by Chan Gue's sudden appearance. She still has feelings for him, but at the same time, she's grown closer to Sun Jae over time. Confused and torn between her past and present, she hesitates to make a decision. Sun Jae, on the other hand, feels the weight of this unexpected turn of events. He was finally ready to confess his love, and now he must compete with Gye Dong's ex-boyfriend for her affections.

Meanwhile, Yoo Joo is dealing with her own set of problems. She's discovered that her father has been secretly visiting a hospital and suspects that he may be seriously ill. Worried for her father's health, Yoo Joo tries to find out the truth but struggles to approach him about it. She confides in Cho Rim, who suggests that they investigate further to get to the bottom of her father's condition. Together, they embark on a mission to uncover the truth behind her father's secretive behavior.

In the midst of the emotional turmoil happening in their personal lives, the potato store gang continues with their daily shenanigans. The eccentric and lovable cast of characters provides plenty of comic relief as they engage in their usual hilarious antics. From Mr. Gong's quirky inventions to Kkeut Soon's silly dance numbers, there's never a dull moment in the store.

As the episode progresses, Gye Dong, Sun Jae, and Chan Gue find themselves entangled in a series of misunderstandings. Jealousy takes hold, and their relationships become strained. Gye Dong's indecision drives a wedge between her and both potential love interests, leaving her feeling more confused than ever.

Elsewhere, back at the potato store, Joon Gi comes up with a brilliant idea to boost business. He suggests hosting an open mic night, encouraging customers to showcase their talents and entertain the crowd. With musical performances, stand-up comedy routines, and even magic tricks, the open mic night becomes a resounding success, drawing in a large crowd and putting a smile on everyone's faces.

Amidst the chaos and miscommunication, the episode also delves deeper into the characters' backgrounds and explores their growth. Sun Jae reflects on his journey since arriving on Earth and how he has found a true sense of belonging with the potato store gang. Gye Dong confronts her own fears and insecurities, realizing that she needs to make a choice rather than letting others dictate her happiness.

As the episode nears its conclusion, tensions rise to a breaking point. Gye Dong must come to a decision, considering her own feelings and the impact her choice will have on those involved. Things come to a head, emotions run high, and the final moments leave viewers eagerly anticipating what will happen next in this unpredictable love triangle.
