Ep 3. Turn of the Shoe

In the third episode of season 4 of Pretty Little Liars, titled "Turn of the Shoe," the fallout from the girls' discovery that Detective Wilden was behind Alison's death continues to reverberate throughout Rosewood.

But Spencer is undaunted and determined to keep digging, even as she begins to receive ominous messages from an unknown sender who seems to know more about Ali's disappearance than anyone else.

Elsewhere, Aria is grappling with her own demons, as she struggles to come to terms with her guilt over the way things ended with Ezra. When she crosses paths with him at her brother's art show, she finds herself grappling with a mix of conflicting emotions and is left wondering if there's any way for them to find their way back to each other.

As the episode comes to a close, the girls are left to reckon with the consequences of their secrets and lies, as the truth begins to slowly unravel around them.
