Watch Princess Ja-Myung Go

Princess Ja Myung Go (???) is a historical drama that ran from March 10 2009 to July 21 2009 on South Korean station SBS. This story of this drama is a renewal of the myth of Prince Hodong and the Princess of Nakrang with a modern twist. An oracle tells that one of the king of Nakrang's two daughters, Ja Myung or Ra-hee, will bring the downfall of the kingdom, while the other will be the savior. The princesses are half-sisters pitted against one another from the very beginning. Ja Myung survives an assassination attempt by Ra-hee's mother and flees to Shandong Province where she grows up a commoner. She eventually returns to Nakrang and becomes a priestess to avoid further conflict. While serving as a priestess, Ja Myung creates a warning system to protect the country from attacks, a magical drum that beats when enemies are near.

The sisters both fall in love with the same man, Prince Hodong of the enemy kingdom, Goguryeo. Ra-hee marries the prince and will do anything to give him what he wants. Ja Myung must fight her sister and her love to save her country.
