The wind sprites feed on joyful feelings, but there is too much angst and sadness amongst the people. Professor Balthazar realizes that they need to distribute positive thoughts to the citizens quickly, and he knows exactly how to do it.

He and Gloria create a machine that broadcasts happy thoughts and distributes it across the city at lightning-fast speeds. It doesn't take long before the people's moods start to lift, and the winds start to die down. Suddenly, the winds transform into gentle breezes, and the city starts to regain its tranquility.
