Sofia brings the kids to Bells Beach to watch the best in the world compete and even paddle out with them for some pointers.

With the Academy in full swing, Sofia is able to see the potential in her students really emerge. When the opportunity to send two of the kids to Australia to train at the famous HPC facility is presented, Jhonny and Dani are the lucky ones who get the call. There they will learn the skills it takes to be the next generation of champions.

The kids have been selected, the house is ready, and Sofia and her team can't wait to show them what they have built. Choosing the kids that will be given this opportunity is done through a series of, "Searching Days" and, "Scouting Camps" where the finalists will be selected and invited to join the program.

Sofia Mulanovich changed the perception of South American surfers when she broke out on the circuit in 2002. After a decade of dominating contests, Sofia's passion became helping the next generation of Peruvian surfers. Proyecto Sofia Mulanovich is a special academy to help selected kids reach their full potential in and out of the water.
