In Anchorage, Rachael starts her journey at the Anchorage Market and Festival, where she tries some of the local specialties like salmon candy, reindeer sausage, and Alaskan hot dogs. She is also introduced to some of the region's exotic fruits like nagoonberries and cloudberries.
Next, Rachael visits The Snow City Cafe, a popular eatery that serves breakfast all day long. She tries out the cafe's signature dish, Crabby Omelet, which is made with Alaskan king crab, avocado, and cream cheese, and served with roasted potatoes and toast. Rachael also explores the restaurant's menu items like reindeer hash and sourdough pancakes.

She also explores their menu items like strombolis, calzones, and salads.
The last stop on Rachael's journey is Humpy's Big Island Alehouse, a seafood restaurant and bar that serves more than 90 beers on tap. Rachael tries out some of their popular seafood dishes like halibut tacos and king crab legs, and also learns about the different types of beer that are brewed in the region.
Throughout the episode, Rachael meets the locals who share their stories and experiences of living in Alaska.
