Random Breath Test Season 11 Episode 7 Homemade Plates

A 21 year old P-Plater, with a car full of mates, is stopped because of his homemade number plates. On closer inspection that's not all that is wrong with the car. The cars is issued with a defect notice and that's just the start of the troubles. The driver fails a roadside drug test and has to accompany police back to the station while his mates are left stranded by the side of the road.
