Ep 8. Season 3 Episode 8

The episode begins with the four remaining teams racing from their previous city of St. Louis to their next challenge location in Nashville. The teams receive more clues about their biological relatives and are excited to continue uncovering their family history.

Team Red, consisting of Jordan and Shari, find themselves in the lead once again as they arrive at the challenge location first. They are tasked with finding a hidden key in a maze and are able to complete it quickly thanks to Jordan's expertise in puzzle-solving. They receive their next clue and head to their next location.

Team Green, made up of Weston and Christopher, struggle with the maze challenge and fall behind the other teams. They feel discouraged, but are determined to catch up. On their way to the next location, they discuss how their journey on Relative Race has brought them closer as brothers.

Team Blue, consisting of Ayana and Michael, have a close call when they accidentally leave their car keys in a store. Fortunately, they are able to track down the keys and continue on their way. They arrive at their challenge location and are tasked with finding a specific record in a massive record store. Ayana's love of music helps them complete the challenge quickly.

Team Black, made up of Nikki and Kim, also struggle with the maze challenge. They work together to navigate through the maze and are able to complete it eventually. They receive their next clue and continue on their way.

The teams arrive at their next location, a courthouse, where they are able to discover more about their relatives. They learn about an ancestor who fought in the Civil War, and are able to see his enlistment papers and a portrait of him. They are all moved by the experience and are grateful for the opportunity to learn more about their family history.

As the teams continue racing, Team Red begins to feel the pressure of being in the lead. They worry about making a mistake that could cost them their position. Team Green, on the other hand, is determined to catch up and puts in extra effort to complete their challenges quickly.

The teams arrive at their final location, a family reunion where they will meet their biological relatives for the first time. They are excited and nervous, and can't wait to see what the day has in store for them.

As the reunion begins, the teams are introduced to their relatives and are able to share stories and learn more about their family history. They are moved by the experience, and are excited to continue their journey of discovery.

The episode ends with the teams reflecting on their journey so far, and expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to learn more about their family history. They are looking forward to the next leg of the race, and all agree that they have gained something valuable from their time on Relative Race.
