Ep 19. Moody River

Riding near the Arizona town of Moody River, renegade cop and bounty hunter Reno Raines defends a black farmer, Calvin Moses (WILLIAM ALLEN YOUNG), from attack by a gang of masked hoodlums. Their leader is an arrogant young bigot, Jed Johnson (ED BEECHNER). Reno learns that Calvin's farm commune, called "Second Chance," is a multi-racial clan of former convicts and their families, trying to buy the mortgage on their cultivated land. However, they are continually vandalized by Jed's gang under orders from his uncle, Eli Starke (BRION JAMES), a corrupt judge.
