In Rick and Morty season 5 episode 4, titled Rickdependence Spray, the dynamic duo embarks on a new adventure in space. The episode begins with Rick and Morty encountering a strange alien race that is addicted to a drug called "Space Dust." The aliens plead with the duo to find a way to wean them off the drug, which has caused them to become dependent and violent.

Rick decides to create a spray he calls "Rickdependence Spray" that will help the aliens kick their addiction. However, when they test the spray on the aliens, things quickly spiral out of control. The spray not only cures the addiction, but it also makes the aliens incredibly docile and dependent on Rick.

The episode takes a sharp turn when a militaristic alien race called the "Goragons" invade the planet and enslave the weakened alien population. Rick and Morty team up with a rebellion, led by a fierce female Goragon, to take down the invaders and free the planet.

Throughout the episode, there are several subplots that tie into the main story. The first involves Summer and Jerry back on Earth, trying to teach Jerry how to fix the sink. Summer is frustrated with Jerry's lack of handiness, and her patience wears thin as he continuously messes up the repair job.

The second subplot follows Beth, who is feeling neglected by Rick and Morty's constant adventures. She decides to create a cloning machine to make multiple versions of herself, hoping to find someone who understands her better than anyone else. However, when the clones start fighting over who gets to be the "real Beth," she regrets her decision and destroys the machine.

Overall, Rick and Morty season 5 episode 4 is a fast-paced and action-packed adventure that delivers on the show's signature blend of humor, science fiction, and heart. The episode has a clear message about the dangers of addiction and the importance of self-reliance, but it never feels preachy or heavy-handed.

As always, the voice acting from the show's talented cast (including Justin Roiland, Chris Parnell, and Sarah Chalke) is superb, and the animation is top-notch. The episode also features several easter eggs and references that will delight longtime fans of the show.

Overall, Rick and Morty season 5 episode 4 is a must-watch for fans of the show and a great introduction for newcomers looking to see what all the fuss is about.
