In Sekirei season 1 episode 7, titled "The Black Sekirei," we meet a new character named Kusano, who is a small girl with the power to manipulate plants. After being saved by Minato and his Sekirei, Kusano becomes attached to them and decides to stay with them.

Meanwhile, the other Sekirei are preparing for a battle royale, where they have to fight each other until only one is left standing. Minato is worried about his own Sekirei, but he also feels bad for the others who are being forced to fight.

As the battle begins, Minato and his Sekirei run into a Sekirei named Haihane, who is working with Minaka's team. Haihane is a tough opponent, but with the help of Kusano's powers, Minato and his Sekirei are able to defeat her.

However, things take a dark turn when another Sekirei, known as the Black Sekirei, enters the battle and starts attacking everyone. It's clear that the Black Sekirei is much stronger than the other Sekirei, and even Minato's team struggles to fight her.

As the battle continues, it's revealed that the Black Sekirei's powers are not natural, but instead were artificially enhanced by Minaka's team. It soon becomes clear that the real enemy is not the Sekirei themselves, but the forces behind the battle royale.

The episode ends with Minato and his Sekirei teaming up with some other Sekirei who also oppose the battle royale, in order to put an end to the fighting once and for all.

Overall, "The Black Sekirei" is a gripping episode that delves deeper into the dark underbelly of the Sekirei battle royale. It introduces new characters and abilities, and sets the stage for a larger conflict that will no doubt play out in future episodes.
