Ep 16. Frenemies

Carrie and Benjamin have great chemistry, and they start dating. However, things take a surprising turn when Benjamin reveals that he used to date Stanford.

Charlotte, on the other hand, is dealing with her nemesis, Bunny McDougal, Trey's mother. Hoping to get Bunny’s approval, Charlotte arranges a lavish charity event and invites Bunny as the guest of honor. However, things don't go as planned when Bunny starts criticizing the event and belittling Charlotte. Charlotte’s attempts to please her future mother-in-law fail miserably, and the episode ends with Charlotte walking out of the event in frustration.

Lastly, Samantha's former assistant, Maria, shows up, asking for Samantha's help in launching her career in public relations. Though Samantha initially refuses, she eventually gives in and helps Maria organize a successful event. However, Maria's success seems to bother Samantha, who is left feeling overshadowed and underappreciated.

In conclusion, "Frenemies" is an episode that showcases the various challenges of maintaining friendships and dealing with people who were once important in our lives but are now on shaky terms with us.
