Ep 4. Nimby

The family decides to take matters into their own hands, and they come up with a plan to protest the new laws. They manage to gather a band of misfits and outcasts, and they march around the neighborhood with a makeshift "Alibi" sign and an old jukebox, creating quite a stir in the process.

But as the Gallaghers make their stand, they discover some surprising allies in the most unexpected places. The protest turns into a chaotic and entertaining scene, with unexpected twists that are sure to leave viewers in stitches.

Meanwhile, Carl, played by Ethan Cutkosky is struggling to keep up with the rigorous training required for his new job as a cop. He is also trying to come to terms with his identity and his place in the world. His storyline in the episode is both funny and touching, highlighting the complexities of his character and his relationship with his family.

In another subplot of the episode, Debbie, played by Emma Kenney, tries to bond with her daughter Franny, played by Paris Newton. However, instead of a fun and lighthearted day, things quickly spiral out of control, when the two of them find themselves lost in a maze of streets, chased by a feral dog.
