Ep 1. Founder Friendly

As the first episode of season 3 of Silicon Valley titled "Founder Friendly" begins, the Pied Piper team is still reeling from the tumultuous events of the previous season's finale. The loss of Raviga and the legal turmoil surrounding Pied Piper's intellectual property rights have left the group's morale at an all-time low.

Despite this setback, the team's determination remains strong. Richard, the company's founder, is determined to regain control of Pied Piper and see his vision for the product come to fruition. In a bid to do so, he pitches his idea to a potential new investor, who seems interested in the project.

Meanwhile, Erlich, Pied Piper's somewhat eccentric investor, is busy focusing on his own pursuits. He has opened up a new entrepreneurial incubator, where he hopes to discover the next big tech sensation. However, his efforts are hampered by a lack of experience, and he soon finds himself in over his head.

As the episode continues, Pied Piper's team is introduced to a number of new potential investors, each with their own motives and demands. These investors offer conflicting opinions on how the company should proceed, leading to a series of heated arguments and debates.

Through it all, Richard tries to keep a level head, but he cannot escape the feeling that he is losing control of his company. As he struggles to maintain his position as the company's driving force, new challenges arise, and Pied Piper's future becomes increasingly uncertain.
