Ami Koshimizu plays the gentle and kind-hearted Aaeru, Yukana voices the mysterious and enigmatic Yun, and Houko Kuwashima plays the high-strung and ambitious Dominura.

The supporting cast is just as varied and interesting, with Mikako Takahashi voicing the young and innocent Rodoreamon, Fumie Mizusawa playing the wise and experienced Alti, Michiko Hosokoshi playing the sensitive and caring Waporif, and Michiru Aizawa voicing the naive and enthusiastic Floe.

Nana Mizuki voices the villainous Mamiina, a Simoun pilot from Argentum who is determined to destroy Chor Tempest.
