So Awkward is a British situation comedy that airs CBBC, a kid-oriented channel of the BBC. The series that focuses on the lives of three intelligent, socially awkward 13-year-old girls as they navigate the perils of adolescence at school and at home, dealing with friends, teachers, and parents. The girls are played by Cleo Demitriou, Ameerah Falzon-Ojo, and Sophia Dall'aglio. The series debuted in May 2015, and its second season began airing in August 2016. Each of the series' first two seasons consisted of 13 episodes, and the planned production of a third season was confirmed in the summer of 2016.
