Ep 1. Pink Eye

It's that spooky time of year, and the town of South Park is getting ready to celebrate Halloween. But when one of the townspeople, Mrs. Donovan, dies from what appears to be a case of pink eye, things take a turn for the worse.

The next day, Mrs. Donovan returns from the dead as a zombie, infecting others with her condition. As the epidemic spreads, the boys of South Park find themselves caught up in a battle to find a cure for the mysterious outbreak.

Along the way, they encounter a number of familiar faces, including an undead version of Kenny, who has been transformed into a zombie and must be treated before he becomes fully undead. Despite the chaos and confusion, the boys eventually devise a cure, saving the rest of the town from becoming zombies.

But as the episode draws to a close, the townspeople are left with the lingering fear that there may be more zombies lurking just below the surface. As they go to bed, they can only hope that they'll make it through the night without being infected by the mysterious pink eye epidemic.
