Still Open All Hours is a British sitcom, which revives the popular series Open All Hours, which ran from 1973 to 1985. As Granville tries to sell the tonic, he encounters several obstacles, including Nurse Gladys, who is skeptical about the tonic's effectiveness and Mr. Newbold, who accidentally ruins the tonic when he takes a sample. Meanwhile, Cyril convinces Granville to give him a discount on the tonic and soon falls victim to its side effects.

The episode is filled with the usual mix of one-liners, double entendres, and slapstick humor that made the original series such a hit. David Jason delivers his lines with impeccable timing, and the rest of the cast is equally impressive in their roles.
