Suburgatory Season 2 Episode 9 Junior Secretary's Day

Tessa decides to help Lisa with her dream of becoming a Junior Secretary when she hears that the position is at her favorite publishing company, Gentlemen's Quarterly. When Lisa doesn't seem to take her dream seriously, Tessa does everything she can to push her in the right direction while still dealing with her own problems. Meanwhile, George becomes responsible for the annual father-daughter dance and asks Dallas to help him plan it. However, he starts to regret his decision when he realizes how seriously Dallas takes the event.
