In the latest episode of Supermarket Stakeout: What Would Alex Make?, titled "No Oodles, No Noodles," host Alex Guarnaschelli challenges four chefs to create dishes without the use of traditional noodles or pasta.

As the clock ticks down, the chefs present their dishes to Alex for judgment. Chef Mehta presents his dish of Indian-spiced rice noodles with shrimp and coconut curry, while Chef Wolfe puts forth a dish of spiralized zucchini with salmon and a lemon-butter sauce. Chef Burrows surprises the judges with his sweet potato noodles with a spicy pork ragu.
After much deliberation, Alex ultimately has to choose a winner. The decision is tough, as all of the chefs presented impressive and creative dishes despite the noodle restriction. Finally, one chef is crowned champion and given ultimate bragging rights.
