Chelsea struggles with new job responsibilities while contemplating her future with Adam and their complicated relationship. Kailyn and Jo try to stay civil for Isaac's sake, but Jo has news about his move that may make that difficult. Leah and Jeremy have a disagreement about finances as Leah considers returning to school. Jenelle tries to make amends with her ex-roommate after a volatile falling out, but is met with resistance. Meanwhile, Nathan's past relationship troubles come to light and cause tension between him and Jenelle.
