Zac and Cameron's Modern Maze is the seventh episode of the thirteenth season of the popular DIY Network show Texas Flip N Move. In this episode, the professional house flippers head to Fort Worth, Texas, and take on a property that is in dire need of some TLC.

The house itself is an outdated 1930s bungalow that has seen better days. It's clear from the outset that the house needs a complete overhaul, from the foundation to the roof and everything in between. Zac and Cameron take on the task of transforming this run-down bungalow into a modern and stylish family home.

The first challenge for the brothers is figuring out how to maximize the space of the relatively small property. They decide to create a modern maze-like layout with unexpected nooks and crannies. This creates a unique and interesting space that's perfect for a modern, young family.

Zac and Cameron waste no time in getting to work, and immediately begin gutting the house in order to create their desired layout. They take out all of the old walls, and replace them with new ones that create the maze-like design they've planned.

To add to the modern feel of the home, the brothers also decide to install all-new windows, which let in a lot more natural light and give the home an overall brighter and more welcoming feel. They also decide to replace the traditional front door with a bold, modern design that immediately catches the eye.

Another key part of the renovation is the kitchen. Zac and Cameron decide to convert the existing space into a modern and open-plan area, perfect for entertaining guests or spending time as a family. They knock down the walls separating the living room and kitchen, and install a large island in the center of the space. This allows for plenty of seating and serving space, and also makes the kitchen the focal point of the home.

As with all of their projects, Zac and Cameron are committed to using high-quality materials and finishes throughout the house. They source some truly unique materials, such as reclaimed wood for the kitchen island and cork flooring for the bedrooms. These touches give the home a truly distinctive, modern look.

One unexpected twist in the renovation comes when Zac and Cameron discover an old water well located in the backyard. Rather than hiding it away, they decide to incorporate it into the design of the backyard, creating a unique and interesting feature that adds character to the space.

Throughout the renovation, the brothers face a number of challenges and setbacks, as is typical in the world of house flipping. From dealing with unexpected electrical issues to discovering water damage in the foundation, Zac and Cameron have to stay flexible and make quick decisions in order to keep the project on track.

As always, the end of the episode sees the property transformed into a brand-new modern family home. Zac and Cameron have truly outdone themselves with the design of this property, creating a space that's unique, stylish, and perfect for a young family. The property is listed on the market, and they hope to sell it quickly and move on to their next exciting project.
