Ep 11. Ashes to Ashes

In the eleventh episode of season six of The 100, titled "Ashes to Ashes," the focus is on Octavia's fate and the horror that could result from it. As Octavia tries to come to terms with her past actions, she is sent on a mission to explore a place everyone thought was uninhabitable. Meanwhile, Clarke and the others try to find a way to save her, but they soon find out that there might not be anything they can do.

The episode begins with Octavia in a holding cell, awaiting her trial. Russell, the leader of Sanctum, comes to speak to her, telling her that the people of Sanctum believe in atonement for their crimes. He tells her that he has a way for her to redeem herself, but it involves going to a place known as the Anomaly. Octavia is hesitant but decides to go, hoping to find redemption.

Octavia, accompanied by Diyoza and Xavier, sets out for the Anomaly. They go through a portal, and find themselves in a place that looks like a deserted wasteland. As they explore, they discover that the place is not as empty as it seems. A group of people attacks them, leaving Octavia injured. Diyoza manages to make contact with the other end of the portal, and they send someone to pick them up.

Meanwhile, Clarke, Bellamy, and the others are frantically trying to find a way to save Octavia. They are running out of time, as the trial is coming up soon. They enlist Raven's help to try to find a way to open the portal. Raven devises a plan, but it is not without risks.

As they prepare to activate the portal, they are attacked by members of Sanctum. They manage to fend them off, but it causes a delay in their mission. They finally activate the portal and send someone through to retrieve Octavia.

On the other end of the portal, Octavia and the others are hiding from the group that attacked them. They soon realize that the group is not their only problem. They encounter a creature that is a hybrid of a human and an animal, and it is not friendly. They manage to kill the creature but are left shaken.

Back in Sanctum, the trial begins. Octavia is brought before the council, and she pleads guilty to her crimes. The council decides that she will face banishment, but Russell interjects, saying that he has another idea. He tells them that he believes that Octavia has redeemed herself by going to the Anomaly. He proposes that she be made a protector of the Anomaly, ensuring that Sanctum never goes back there.

The council agrees, and Octavia is once again given a chance at redemption. As she prepares to leave for the Anomaly, she has a heart-to-heart with Bellamy. She tells him that she knows she has done terrible things, but she hopes that this is a chance for her to make things right. Bellamy tells her that he believes in her, and that he will always be there for her.

The episode ends with Octavia leaving for the Anomaly, and Clarke and the others watching her go. They know that she is embarking on a dangerous journey, but they also know that she is doing it to redeem herself. They can only hope that she will succeed and that she will return to them one day.
