Ep 2. The Garden

The 100 season 7 episode 2, titled "The Garden," begins with a flashback to the days after the death wave. Octavia and Diyoza are living in the anomaly and have found a luscious garden with a river running through it. They make a home there, planting crops and raising a young Hope. Octavia begins to question the safety of their situation and wonders why they haven't been attacked by any creatures in the anomaly like they have on Earth.

Back in the present day, Clarke and her companions have arrived on Sanctum and are trying to adjust to their new surroundings. They are met with hostility from the Sanctum residents but eventually find refuge with Gabriel and his group. Clarke is determined to find her friends who were taken by the anomaly, but Gabriel advises against it as they have no way of knowing where they might be or what dangers they might face.

Meanwhile, Octavia and Diyoza have been living in the anomaly for years and have come to a realization about their situation. They must find a way out of the anomaly and back to Earth to save their friends and stop the impending war. Hope is now a teenager and is determined to help her mother and aunt find a way out. Octavia remembers a key piece of information about a man named Anders who they believe can help them.

As the group sets out to find Anders, they come across a mysterious figure named Levitt, who seems to know more than he's letting on about the anomaly. Octavia is skeptical of him at first, but he proves to be a valuable ally. Levitt takes them to a settlement where they meet Anders and his group, but their arrival is not met with the warm welcome they were hoping for.

As tensions rise, Octavia and Diyoza are faced with difficult decisions to make in order to save their friends and find a way back to Earth. Hope begins to uncover some unsettling truths about their situation in the anomaly, and the group must work together to survive and make it back home.

"The Garden" is an action-packed and emotional episode that explores the lengths that people will go to in order to protect the ones they love. With unexpected twists and turns, this episode sets the stage for an exciting season ahead.
