The Arrangement season 2 episode 3, titled "The Sessions," picks up where the previous episode left off. Megan is still reeling from her encounter with Terence, and she's starting to feel like something isn't quite right with her relationship with Kyle. She decides to go to a therapy session to try to figure out what's going on.

At first, Megan is hesitant to open up to the therapist. She's worried about being judged and about saying the wrong thing. But as the session goes on, she starts to feel more comfortable. She talks about her childhood, her struggles with anxiety, and her deep desire to be loved and accepted.

As Megan continues to pour her heart out, she begins to realize that she's been using Kyle as a way to escape her problems. She's been so focused on making him happy and living up to his expectations that she hasn't been taking care of herself. She's been ignoring her own needs and desires in order to please him, and she's starting to realize that this isn't sustainable.

The therapist encourages Megan to start being honest with herself and with Kyle. She suggests that Megan set boundaries with him and start prioritizing her own needs. Megan is hesitant at first, but she knows that she needs to take this advice to heart.

Meanwhile, Kyle is struggling with his own issues. He's feeling increasingly frustrated with the Institute and with Terence. He feels like he's lost control of his career and his life, and he's starting to question whether the sacrifices he's made are worth it. He confides in DeAnn, who encourages him to stay the course and keep pushing forward.

As the episode continues, we see Megan and Kyle trying to navigate their relationship in a new way. They're both starting to be more honest with each other, and while it's not always easy, they're both committed to making it work. We also see Terence and DeAnn continuing to try to tighten their grip on the Institute and on Kyle's career, which sets the stage for future conflict.

Overall, "The Sessions" is a strong episode that delves into the emotional complexities of Megan and Kyle's relationship. While the therapy scenes are a bit heavy-handed at times, they're also effective in showing us how Megan is starting to realize that she needs to take control of her life. The episode also sets up some interesting conflicts for the rest of the season, leaving the audience wanting more.
