He changes the subject abruptly and they discuss the impact of Ridge and Brooke's break-up on Bridget and Rick. James points out that rather than blaming Taylor, Bridget could very well wind up blaming Brooke, which is exactly what is happening. Bridget accuses Brooke of trapping Ridge into marriage by lying to him. Bridget locks herself in her room. Brooke berates herself for her mistakes.
