Brooke recalls Deacon telling her that if she didn't stop the wedding, her family would never be the same. Brooke, Thorne and Eric question Betsy about Bridget's relationship with Deacon. Betsy insists that Deacon was a perfect gentleman and is surprised at the suggestion that he could be using Bridget to get back at the family. Brooke is ready to call the police. As Deacon and Bridget wait their turn, Bridget imagines the real wedding they'll have once her family comes around. Deacon calls Amber and tells her that he's not giving up until she admits that she wants him as much as he wants her. She urges him to let go. Rick takes the phone and tells Deacon the game is over, but Deacon assures Rick that he's just getting started and hangs up. Amber wants to warn Eric and Brooke, but Rick is sure that Bridget is smart enough to see through Deacon. As Bridget watches another ceremony, she decides to call Brooke but promises Deacon she won't reveal where they are. Brooke tries to convince Bridget to come home, but Bridget realizes Brooke's not going to change her mind about Deacon. She tells Brooke she has to go. Brooke wonders how far things have to go before Bridget sees through Deacon's act. Bridget and Deacon meet with the minister. When the mother of another bride hands her a bouquet, Bridget's eyes fill with tears and the ceremony begins.
