Stephanie instructs the family to be supportive of Kristen when she brings Tony to dinner. Amber is crying out in the throes of passion when she wakes up to see Deacon grinning at her and she realizes she was dreaming. Deacon tells Amber that he doesn't like lying to Bridget and it's only a matter of time before she catches on. Bridget tells her friend Betsy that she's starting to have suspicions about her husband and her brother's wife. She admits that she should believe Stephanie's assertion that Deacon is using her, but she doesn't want to. Betsy suggests that he have Amber over for dinner so she can see for herself if Deacon has a thing for her. Bridget issues the invitation to Amber, who then tells Deacon that Bridget is indeed suspicious. Amber doesn't want to stay, but can't get out before Bridget and Betsy arrive. Deacon begs Amber to stay and she finally agrees to do so, but first she makes Deacon promise not to touch her or give her any looks. Betsy tells Bridget that she's wrong about Amber and Deacon, and that Deacon appears to be in love with Bridget. Kristen introduces Tony to her brothers and parents. Tony relaxes and tells the Forresters about his family. Stephanie hopes that Kristen's romance with Tony will make her decide to stay in town longer. Stephanie is thrilled when Kristen asks for her old room back.
