Brooke promises Bridget that if she gets well, she'll never let Deacon near her again. Ridge picks Kristen up at the airport and it's clear that his sister is hopelessly in love. Kristen admits that she thinks she met the love of her life. Kristen plans to take Tony to dinner tonight when he returns. Ridge advises her not to rush things. Dr. Elderkin wants to give Tony a blood test right away. Tony is in denial and wants to know what the chances are that he could have caught AIDS from an infected woman. The doctor warns Tony that he is gambling with his life. He advises him that if won't be tested for himself, he should be tested for Kristen's sake. Kristen calls Tony and tells him that she has a romantic evening planned. Tony tells the doctor that he's perfectly healthy and not to say a word to anyone. Eric sits at Bridget's bedside and pours out his emotions. Bridget's eyes flicker open and Eric embraces her. Bridget sees his tears. Brooke confronts Amber about what Bridget overheard and wonders if Bridget may have stumbled in on more than a conversation between Amber and Deacon. Amber spots Deacon and tells him to leave, but Deacon insists that he's not leaving the hospital until he can talk to his wife.
