Bridget tells Deacon that she knows exactly what he's going through. Amber is stunned when Deacon tells her that he's going to make things work with Bridget, and he has Brooke's support. Brooke tells Amber and Deacon that her attitude towards them has alienated her from her children and adds that maybe they can come up with a solution that works for everyone. She realizes that they have feelings of appreciation and caring for Bridget and Rick, but tries to make them see that real love is much more. Brooke tells Deacon that if he loves Bridget, then he should set her free so Bridget can find someone to love her the way Deacon loves Amber. Brooke urges Deacon and Amber not to waste their lives trying to make it work with someone else when it's obvious how much Deacon and Amber are attracted to each other. Sally is irked that Tony is spending more time with Kristen than he is working on the collection. Tony comes in and only admits that he had an appointment. Clarke confronts Tony about hurting Sofia. Sofia questions Tony about what's going on, imploring him to be honest with her. Taylor discusses Tony's situation with her associate, Carlos. She worries about the women he may have been with and his reluctance to be tested. Carlos points out that the odds are that Antonio is not infected, but he has a responsibility to his sexual partners. Eric tries to convince Bridget not to believe Deacon, and assures her that she can do so much better. He tries to understand Deacon's appeal when Bridget admits that she's can't stop feeling the way she does about him.
