Ep 7. The Wasteland Part 1

The Boulet Brothers Dragula season 2 episode 7, titled "The Wasteland Part 1," takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where ten drag artists from across the country compete for the crown. The episode begins with the reveal of last week's winner, as well as the bottom two performers who must lip-sync for their chance to stay in the competition.

Once the safe performers are announced, the remaining drag artists are taken to a desolate wasteland where they are challenged to create post-apocalyptic looks using only materials found in the area. The contestants must scavenge for materials such as metal scraps, broken glass, and discarded car parts, and incorporate them into their looks.

As they work on their designs, tensions rise among the competitors as they struggle to use the limited resources available to them. The Boulet Brothers, Dracmorda and Swanthula, stroll around the wasteland to provide guidance and advice to the artists, while also sizing up their progress for judgment later on.

After the looks are completed, the drag artists take to the runway, each presenting their own unique take on a post-apocalyptic queen. The judges, including guest judge Charlie Hides, critique their designs and performances, ultimately choosing the bottom three performers who must compete in a challenge to determine who goes home.

The challenge involves creating a unique character based on a set of randomly assigned traits, with the catch that the performers must use items found in the wasteland to bring their characters to life. The bottom three must each create a character with distinct personality traits and present them in a dramatic performance for the judges.

As tensions heighten among the competitors, it becomes clear that the stakes are higher than ever, with only a few episodes left until the finale. The next episode promises to be just as intense, as the performers continue to explore the post-apocalyptic world set before them.
