Timmy gets an unexpected surprise when he wakes up one morning to find Cosmo and Wanda's baby, Poof, floating around his bedroom. Poof is an adorable, pink, and blue fairy baby with a cute tuft of hair on his head and a diaper on his bum. But little did Timmy know that he would become Poof's fairy godparent.

Timmy is thrilled to have a baby fairy to take care of, but he soon realizes how difficult it can be to take care of a magical creature who can disappear and reappear at will and cause chaos wherever he goes. Poof seems to have a unique ability to make objects and living creatures intensely happy with his mere presence, but Timmy's initial joy is quickly replaced with stress as he tries to keep up with Poof's needs and wants.

Meanwhile, Timmy's arch-nemesis, Vicky, is still working as a babysitter, but when she sees the cute little Poof, she decides she wants to kidnap him and sell him to the highest bidder. Timmy must use all of his wit and knowledge of fairy laws to protect Poof from Vicky and keep him safe.

As the days go by, Timmy becomes more and more attached to Poof, and he realizes that being a godparent is a huge responsibility. He has to teach Poof how to use his magic responsibly, how to fly, and how to control his power to avoid causing unintentional mayhem. Poof, on the other hand, teaches Timmy some valuable life lessons, such as patience, responsibility, and the importance of family.

As the episode progresses, Timmy must also deal with the challenge of hiding Poof from his parents, who are not allowed to know about the existence of fairy godparents. Timmy's attempts to hide Poof from his parents are hilarious, and they involve some creative use of disguises and illusions. Meanwhile, Cosmo and Wanda are working hard to create an official fairy license for Poof, which will allow him to legally exist in the human world.

In the end, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda manage to keep Poof safe, and they also prove to Timmy's parents that they are responsible godparents. Poof's fairy license arrives just in time, and Timmy's parents learn about the existence of fairies and the important role they play in the world. The episode ends on a heartwarming note, as Timmy realizes that even though taking care of a baby is hard work, it's worth it when you see the joy and happiness they can bring into your life.

Overall, Fairly Odd Baby is a delightful episode that showcases the charm and humor of The Fairly Oddparents. The addition of Poof to the cast is a welcome one, and his interactions with Timmy and the other characters provide a fresh and entertaining perspective on the world of fairy godparents. If you're a fan of the show, this episode is definitely a must-watch.
