Ep 3. Enrollment, Part 3

Tatsuya and Miyuki head to the Public Morals Committee office where they find a group of students who are protesting against the committee's decision to remove Leo from the school. The siblings learn that Leo had been caught using magic outside of the school grounds, which is a violation of the school's rules. Tatsuya is curious about the incident and begins to investigate it.

Meanwhile, a group of students from the Japanese Branch of the USNA's First High School arrive in Japan. Among them are a number of high-level magic users, including Honoka Mitsui, a talented ballistics mage. She is immediately drawn to Tatsuya, who is known as the "Weed" due to his lower academic standing, but who has already proven himself to be a highly skilled magician.

Tatsuya is introduced to Honoka and her friends, and they are impressed by his skills when he demonstrates his unique magic abilities. He is able to analyze and recreate other people's magic spells, making him a valuable asset in group battles. Honoka is particularly impressed by Tatsuya's abilities and begins to develop feelings for him.

As the episode progresses, Tatsuya continues his investigation into Leo's expulsion and uncovers some surprising information. He discovers that Leo was not actually using magic outside of school grounds, but was instead trying to defend a victim of bullying. Tatsuya goes to the Public Morals Committee with the evidence and is able to clear Leo's name.

In the final scene of the episode, Honoka and her friends invite Tatsuya to join their team for an upcoming magical competition between schools. Tatsuya accepts the invitation, but Miyuki is hesitant to let her brother participate in such a dangerous competition. Nevertheless, Tatsuya is determined to compete and prove his worth as a magician.
