Homer and Marge decide to spice up their love life by going on a Tinder-style dating app while they're still married. Meanwhile, Grampa discovers that he's about to become a father again and goes through a midlife crisis. To make matters worse, Moe's bar is about to be shut down due to a "clean air" bill, so he decides to sell a rare and valuable item to save it. When Marge's date turns out to be a botanist who specializes in avocado trees, she discovers that the trees they're growing are on Grampa's property and worth a fortune. The episode follows the gang as they try to save Moe's bar, Grampa tries to come to terms with his impending fatherhood, and Marge tries to figure out what to do with the avocado trees.
