Ep 9. Rock in the Road

The Walking Dead season 7 episode 9, titled "Rock in the Road," picks up where the mid-season finale left off - with Rick and the survivors being held captive by a new group of survivors, who call themselves The Saviors. After some hesitation, Rick and his group agree to work with King Ezekiel in an effort to overthrow Negan and The Saviors. They hatch a plan to gather as many weapons and fighters as they can and to form an alliance with the other settlements, including Hilltop.

To do this, they set out on a dangerous mission to the nearest army base, where they hope to find an arsenal of weapons. This leads to a tense scene in which the group has to outsmart a herd of walkers and a booby-trapped bridge in order to reach their goal.

The episode also introduces a new character, a woman named Jadis who leads a group of scavengers. Her group's allegiance is unclear, and it remains to be seen whether they will join forces with Rick and the others.

Overall, "Rock in the Road" is a thrilling and action-packed episode that sets the stage for the remainder of the season. It introduces new characters and plotlines while also building on existing ones, and it leaves viewers on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating what comes next.
