Ep 10. Reformation

In "Reformation," the state of the city of Baltimore continues to deteriorate as drug trafficking and corruption run rampant. However, a glimmer of hope arises when a councilman proposes a new plan to revitalize neglected neighborhoods. Meanwhile, the police are still working to take down drug kingpin Stringer Bell and his organization, but they're met with challenges and resistance at every turn.

As tension between the police department and the drug organizations escalate, various characters are forced to make tough decisions about their allegiances and their own personal values. Detective Lester Freamon is approached by a former colleague with a potential opportunity to turn his professional life around, although it may come at a steep personal cost. At the same time, Detective Kima Greggs continues to struggle with the long-term effects of a dangerous undercover mission.

On the other side of the law, Stringer Bell and Avon Barksdale face their own challenges. Bell is forced to reckon with the consequences of his actions, while Barksdale seeks to expand his territory and increase his profits. However, their efforts are complicated by the arrival of a new figure on the Baltimore drug scene who promises to change the game.
