Ep 25. Fling In The Ring

In the Three Stooges Collection, season 8 episode 25 titled "Fling In The Ring," the trio finds themselves in the boxing ring. The episode starts with the Stooges working as waiters at a restaurant. They accidentally spill soup on an important customer, and chaos ensues. The Stooges are fired and go on to try their luck as boxers.

They enter a boxing tournament and accidentally knock out the referee, which leads to the Stooges having to referee the remaining matches themselves. They are not very good at it and cause more chaos in the ring. Despite their incompetence, they end up being the only referees left and have to oversee the final match of the tournament.

The final match is between a boxer named "Butcher Boy" and a fighter named "Battling Boopkins." The Stooges attempt to referee the match, but they get distracted, and chaos ensues once again. Butcher Boy ends up knocking out Battling Boopkins, and chaos ensues yet again. The Stooges end up getting chased out of the arena.

Overall, the episode is filled with slapstick humor and the usual shenanigans from the Three Stooges. Fans of the show will not be disappointed, and those who are new to the Stooges will get a good taste of their antics. The episode is definitely one of the more comedic and entertaining ones from the eighth season.
