However, fate has a different plan in store for Abhi and Pragya. As Pragya is walking home alone, she is attacked by a group of thieves who steal her jewellery and purse. Abhi, who is out searching for Pragya, finds her lying unconscious on the road. He rushes her to the hospital, where she is admitted to the ICU.

The incident opens Abhi's eyes to how much he cares for Pragya and how he cannot live without her. He decides to confront Tanu about her lies and ends their relationship for good. Abhi then rushes back to the hospital where he finds Pragya awake and alert. He apologizes to her for not believing in her and asks for her forgiveness.

The episode ends with Abhi and Pragya reconciling and Tanu being left alone and miserable.
