Ep 15. Mack Trucks

In season 2, episode 15 of Undercover Boss, we follow Denny Slagle, the President and CEO of Mack Trucks, as he goes undercover within his own company. His goal is to gain a better understanding of how his business operates and how his decisions affect employees at every level of the organization.

In his final role as a materials handler in Baltimore, Maryland, Denny works in the company's massive parts warehouse. There, he quickly realizes how important it is to have a well-run warehouse to ensure that customers receive the right parts at the right time. He also sees firsthand the importance of safety in the workplace, as he is required to take a safety test before beginning his work.

Throughout his journey, Denny meets many hardworking and dedicated employees who take pride in their work and their company. He also encounters some challenges, including working under physically demanding conditions and navigating the complex inner workings of the organization. However, he is able to rise to these challenges and gain valuable insights into his own business.

At the end of the episode, Denny reveals his true identity to the employees he worked alongside during his undercover journey.
