Ep 7. Endless Wonder

Endless Wonder is the seventh episode of the fourth season of Warehouse 13, a science fiction television series which premiered on Syfy in 2009. The show follows a team of agents who work for a top-secret government agency called the Warehouse, which is responsible for storing and maintaining supernatural artifacts that pose a threat to the world. In this episode, Pete and Myka are sent to investigate a series of odd phenomena that have been occurring at a carnival in Wisconsin.

The episode begins with a flashback to 1961, where a young boy named Thomas is working at a traveling carnival. The agents soon discover that the mysterious tent from Thomas's childhood has reappeared, and they realize that the orb that Alexander showed him has the power to make people's dreams come true.

As Pete and Myka delve deeper into the mysteries of the carnival, they encounter a variety of strange and dangerous artifacts, including a giant motorized clown that has come to life and is wreaking havoc, a fortune-telling machine that knows too much about their pasts, and a haunted mirror that has its own agenda. Along the way, they are aided by the carnival's new owner, a plucky young woman named Abigail who is determined to save her beloved carnival from the curse that has befallen it.

As the episode progresses, the team discovers that the carnival's curse is linked to a mysterious figure called The Ringmaster, who has the power to manipulate reality itself. They learn that The Ringmaster is none other than Thomas, who has spent the intervening years searching for the magical orb that Alexander showed him and using its power to create a world of wonder and enchantment. However, Thomas's limitless creativity and imagination have also led him down a dark path, as he has become more and more obsessed with the idea of creating the perfect carnival.

In the climactic scene of the episode, Pete and Myka confront Thomas and attempt to persuade him to give up the orb and end the curse of the carnival. However, Thomas is unwilling to compromise, and he challenges the agents to a final showdown. Using his powers of illusion and trickery, he creates a series of fantastical obstacles for them to overcome, including a maze of mirrors and a room filled with bubbles that trap them inside.

In the end, Pete and Myka are able to defeat the Ringmaster and destroy the orb, bringing an end to the curse of the carnival.
