Park Min-Young and Park Seo-Joon star in the romantic comedy-drama, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim? In episode 11, it's the day before the company's annual foundation day celebration, and everything is in chaos. Bong Se-Ra is surprised to see Ji-A at the office, and even more so when she discovers that Ji-A is Mi-So's sister. With Se-Ra being secretly in love with Mi-So's colleague, Yang Cheol (Kang Ki-Young), she ponders her next actions.

After work, Young-Jun invites Mi-So for drinks, hoping to apologize for his earlier behavior towards her. However, things take a turn when they accidentally run into Young-Jun's ex-girlfriend, who is also one of his clients. The ex-girlfriend seems to still have feelings for Young-Jun, and Mi-So feels threatened. Young-Jun tries to make things right with Mi-So, but it seems like his efforts are in vain.

To make matters worse, Mi-So receives a phone call from her ex-boyfriend, Lee Sung-Yeon (Lee Tae-Hwan), who wants to meet with her. Sung-Yeon is her first love and also the reason why she quit her job at Yoomyung Group three years ago. Mi-So is conflicted about whether she should meet with him, but eventually agrees.

The episode ends with Mi-So meeting Sung-Yeon and Young-Jun trying to find her. The viewers are left wondering if Mi-So will fall for Sung-Yeon again or whether her heart belongs to Young-Jun.
