As the client pitch approaches, both Young-joon and Mi-so are forced to confront their feelings for each other. They share an intimate moment, but afterward, Mi-so tells Young-joon that they can't pursue a relationship until their work is done. Young-joon is heartbroken, but he agrees to focus on work for the time being.

The episode ends with a dramatic twist, as one of the company's employees is caught leaking confidential information to a competitor. The suspect is revealed to be Young-joon's own brother, Se-won.
