What's Wrong with Secretary Kim? Season 1 Episode 4 Episode 4

Kim Mi So is a highly competent secretary who's worked steadily at the same company for nine years. She's so good at her job, in fact, that her self-important boss, Lee Young Joon, can't imagine life without her. In episode 4 of season 1 of "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?," Kim Mi So is working on a huge project with Young Joon. They have to land an extremely important contract and Kim Mi So has been tasked with putting together all the necessary documents and pitch materials.

Things start off well enough, but soon enough, cracks start to show in Kim Mi So's typically unflappable demeanor. She's been working around-the-clock and hasn't had a good night's sleep in days. Meanwhile, her mind is filled with confusing and complicated thoughts about Young Joon and her true feelings for him. She realizes that she may have been wrong about her feelings towards him all along and begins to question whether or not she's actually in love with him.

Meanwhile, Young Joon starts to notice that something is off about Kim Mi So. He's used to her being the steady, reliable rock of their duo, but lately she's seemed distant and distracted. He starts to worry that she's going to burn out and decides to take matters into his own hands. He arranges for her to have a luxurious spa day, complete with massages, facials, and a relaxing soak in the hot springs. Kim Mi So is initially reluctant to accept such a lavish gift, but soon realizes how much she needs to take a break and recharge her batteries.

As Kim Mi So unwinds at the spa, she reflects on the past and realizes how much she's grown and changed over the years. She remembers how she used to be an extremely nervous and anxious person and how much she's worked to overcome those feelings. She also realizes that she's been in love with Young Joon all along, but has been too afraid to act on those feelings for fear of ruining their professional relationship.

Meanwhile, Young Joon is missing Kim Mi So terribly and can't stop thinking about her. He starts to realize that he's been taking her for granted and that he needs to show her how much he appreciates her. After some soul searching, he decides to make a grand romantic gesture and takes a page out of a classic Korean drama. He shows up at the spa where Kim Mi So is staying and surprises her with a lavish candlelit dinner.

At first, Kim Mi So is a little taken aback by Young Joon's gesture, but soon realizes that it's exactly what she needed to hear. Over their romantic dinner, the two of them finally express their true feelings for one another and share a passionate kiss. It's a beautiful moment that feels like it's been a long time coming and all the pent-up emotions and frustrations of the past few weeks fade away.

As the episode comes to a close, Kim Mi So and Young Joon finish their project with flying colors and land the coveted contract. They're both happy and proud of their accomplishments, but now have a new sense of understanding and respect for one another. It's clear that their relationship is going to be forever changed after this episode and fans can't wait to see how things will progress from here.
