Ep 21. Delinquent Justin

Delinquent Justin is the twenty-first episode of the third season of Wizards of Waverly Place. Justin has always been the responsible one in the Russo family, but when he receives a gold star on the Wizard World Report Card, he becomes overconfident and starts to push the limits of his magic.

At school, Justin uses his magic to make a bully disappear and impress a girl he likes with his fly-catching skills. However, when he accidentally turns his father into a lizard, he realizes he has gone too far. He turns to his siblings, Alex and Max, for help, but they refuse to help him because they believe he deserves the punishment for his actions.

With no one else to turn to, Justin seeks the help of a fellow delinquent, Zeke, who also happens to be a wizard. Zeke helps Justin break his father out of the wizard prison, but soon Justin realizes that Zeke is not a very good influence. Zeke encourages Justin to use his magic to cheat on a test and to get revenge on the girl who rejected him.

Justin's behavior catches the attention of his wizard teacher, Professor Crumbs. Professor Crumbs tells Justin that his behavior is unacceptable and that he will not be able to continue his wizard training if he does not change. Justin realizes the error of his ways and tries to make things right.

In the end, Justin confesses to his family and uses his magic to fix the things he broke, including turning his father back into a human. He apologizes for his behavior and acknowledges that being a responsible wizard is more important than being a powerful one.

Delinquent Justin is a lesson in responsibility and the consequences of abusing power. It explores the theme of hubris and the importance of accountability. It also showcases the bond between siblings, as Alex and Max initially refuse to help Justin, but ultimately come through for him when he truly needs them. The episode is filled with humor and heart and is a memorable addition to the Wizards of Waverly Place series.
