Ep 2. Fix Me, Dummy

Gretchen and Jimmy have rekindled their relationship after a wild night of passion, but it's not all sunshine and rainbows for this dysfunctional couple. In "Fix Me, Dummy," the second episode of You're the Worst's third season, we see Gretchen grappling with her depression once again. Despite trying to push Jimmy away, he insists on being there for her and helping her through her struggles.

Throughout "Fix Me, Dummy," we see Gretchen attempting to cope with her depression in her own way. She tries to distract herself with shopping, drinking, and partying, but ultimately realizes that she needs help. Jimmy, for his part, is committed to being there for her, even if it means dealing with her mood swings and occasional outbursts.

Meanwhile, Lindsay's fake pregnancy is causing all sorts of problems, from her husband's obsession with her "baby bump" to her own insecurities about being a mother. Edgar, too, is struggling to balance his own mental health with the demands of a new relationship, ultimately choosing to prioritize himself and his well-being.

As always, the writing in "Fix Me, Dummy" is sharp and smart, with plenty of memorable lines and moments. The show's unique blend of wit and heart is on full display here, making for an emotionally compelling and often hilarious episode.
