Ep 8. A Surprise Delivery

A Surprise Delivery is the eighth episode of season 7 of the popular TV show Property Brothers. In this episode, the Property Brothers help a couple find and renovate their dream home in Nashville, Tennessee.

The couple, Tonya and Brian, have been living in their current home for over 10 years and have outgrown the space. They have two young children and need more room for their growing family. They also want to be in a better school district and closer to their jobs.

A surprise delivery happens during the renovation when Tonya goes into labor and gives birth to their third child, a girl named Madison. The Property Brothers take a break from the renovation to congratulate the couple and give them a gift for their new addition.

Even with the unexpected interruption, the renovation moves forward. The Property Brothers work their magic and turn the outdated home into a beautiful modern space. They add custom cabinetry, new appliances, and a unique backsplash in the kitchen. The living room is reconfigured to create the open concept space that Tonya and Brian wanted, and a new fireplace is added as a focal point.

Outside, the Property Brothers create a great space for the kids to play with a new swing set and a large grassy area. They also add a pergola and outdoor seating for entertaining guests.
