Ep 10. Power

After several twists and turns in the plot, Revenge season 2 episode 10, titled "Power," graces the audience with electrifying suspense.

The episode primarily revolves around the aftermath of the Grayson family's failed initiative to remove Charlotte from rehab. Victoria, Charlotte's mother, is furious and plans to have the doctors discharge her daughter. Meanwhile, Emily and Nolan come up with a plan to save the day; they break into the hospital's security system to tamper with Charlotte's discharge papers.

But things take a drastic turn when Conrad Grayson, Victoria's husband, learns about their plan. Conrad, who is running for governor, sees it as a chance to leverage Emily and Nolan's actions to his advantage and brings in Ashley, the campaign manager. Together they plot to use the events unfolding at the hospital and turn them into a political campaign -- "save the daughter of a candidate from corrupt hospital staff."

While Emily and Nolan are dealing with the chaos they created, the episode moves forward to show us what the other characters are up to. Jack, Emily's friend and Charlotte's half-brother, is trying to make the bar he inherited from his father work, despite financial difficulties. Declan, his younger brother, is still grieving over the death of his classmate and struggles to muster the courage to attend her memorial service.

Back at Grayson Manor, Daniel, Victoria's son, is called in to fire Ashley from her role as the campaign manager. But Ashley has her own tricks up her sleeve and tells Daniel that he is not a true Grayson and that she will expose his father's past wrongdoings.

As Emily tries to get her rescue mission back on track, the tension continues to rise. When she and Nolan try to leave the hospital after tampering with the paperwork, they are stopped by a security guard and end up causing a commotion that attracts a lot of attention. They are eventually saved by the mysterious "Falcon," whom Nolan has been trying to track down for a while. The Falcon, an anonymous ally of Emily, helps her and Nolan escape the hospital with the altered paperwork.

Finally, the episode comes to its climax as Emily confronts Conrad with her evidence of his corrupt past and how he has betrayed Lydia, a woman he had an affair with, years ago. Conrad, being the cunning politician he is, plants seeds of doubt in Emily's mind, trying to make her believe that the woman she has become is not the same who once loved him.

As the episode ends, the audience is left hanging, craving more suspense and betrayal. Revenge season 2 episode 10, "Power," delivers an engaging, thrilling experience to viewers that will keep them at the edge of their seat until the very end.
